Dr. Stephen Caplan, oboist, celebrates 35 years of teaching at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a recital featuring chamber music composed by Philip Orem, Dorothy Rudd Moore, Viet Cuong, and Kincaid Rabb.

Anna Caplan performs “Songs: Twelve Quatrains from the Rubaiyat” for mezzo soprano and oboe by Dorothy Rudd Moore. This is one of the first performances of this piece composed in 1963.
